Wellness Matters Webinar - Thriving and surviving: understanding coping vs. self-care

Have you ever noticed that while media tells you to engage in self-care acts daily, there are just days that this feels impossible? Whether life is too busy, there's too much on the go, or you just don't have the energy, it can start to feel overwhelming. In this talk, we take it back to the basics and understand what self-care truly is (and how it can be free) and why sometimes our body may need to choose coping. This workshop welcomes all, whether you are looking to support yourself or your kids and provides practical tools, exploration of self-compassion, and a chance to explore what a realistic routine could look like for you.
