Renew & Restore Team Retreats

The mental health needs in our community keep growing, and the leaders we speak with often say the same thing: it is hard to find the time and budget for meaningful options to invest in the mental health and wellness of their people.

River's Edge Counselling is opening its doors to local teams for an opportunity to pause, learn, engage, and connect with one another. Join us for a talk focused on mental health and wellness, led by one of our therapists. It's a small way for us to show appreciation for the people who do so much in our community, and a morning your team can simply enjoy together.
