Are you navigating the emotional, physical, and cognitive shifts of perimenopause—and craving a space to land, breathe, and be seen?
Join Dance therapist and Psychologist Robin Klasson for a 4-week, professionally guided support group for women through the profound (and often under-recognized) psychological transition of midlife. This therapeutic group combines evidence-informed approaches—including mindfulness, somatic practices, creative expression, and group process—with the healing power of community.
What to expect:
- Grounding breath and nervous system regulation practices
- Creative self-reflection
- Heartfelt sharing and deep listening in a safe, facilitated space
- Education about the psychological and emotional dimensions of perimenopause
- Strategies for navigating mood shifts, identity changes, and stress with compassion
This is a therapeutic group, designed to support emotional resilience, personal insight, and embodied wellbeing—guided by the experience and care of a registered mental health professional.
