Loss is a universal human experience. The pain and anguish felt at the death of a loved one can be a particularly overwhelming experience of loss. The process by which we move from the pain of loss to a desire to reach out again with hope to the fullness of life, is grief.
During this 7-week group process, we will explore the role that grief plays in our healing process. Through the sharing of experiences in a caring and respectful environment, you will discover more about your own unique grief journey, learn coping strategies, and share in the opportunity to give and receive support with one another.
