The transition into parenthood can be joyful and deeply meaningful, but it can also bring unexpected stress, identity shifts, and emotional difficulties. Many new mothers feel isolated, uncertain, or “not like themselves,” and these experiences are more common than we often talk about.
This group helps mothers understand the “why” behind these feelings and supports them in building emotional resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of connection. The group offers a supportive space for new mothers to connect, share their experiences, and develop practical strategies for navigating the emotional and mental health challenges of the postpartum period. The group also focuses on normalizing the wide range of feelings that can emerge after birth and provides tools to support adjustment and recovery.
Session topics will include psychoeducation on postpartum mental health, emotional regulation, self-care, relationship changes, and managing expectations. Group members will share insights, offer support, and build a community of understanding.
Babies are welcome to attend with their mothers, this group recognizes the importance of accessibility and bonding during early parenthood.
You are not alone. Support is available, and healing begins with connection.
