This group offers a supportive environment for individuals with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and develop practical strategies for managing daily challenges. ADHD can significantly interrupt our ability to function in today’s neurotypical world, making it harder to stay organized, focused, and self-motivated. The shame that often accompanies ADHD—feeling misunderstood or inadequate—can add an emotional burden to everyday life. Focused on building skills in time management, self-organization and problem solving, emotional regulation, self-restraint, and self-motivation, you will gain tools to navigate life with ADHD more effectively and build confidence in your abilities. Join us for support and strategies that can make a real difference in everyday life.
