“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
Within each of us are the answers to guide us on our unique path in life. My job is to assist you in drawing out the colors of your life and watch as the beauty unfolds. My therapeutic orientation is client centered – which mean that you as a client are at the center of treatment. You are the most important person in the room. I offer compassion, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to assist you in obtaining a more fulfilling and rewarding life. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that will assist you in finding your answers to life and give you tools to maintain a healthy life.
