6 session program for adults

Unlock the secrets to building healthy, meaningful relationships in our transformative workshop, "Unlocking Genuine Connections." This program is designed for adults seeking to deepen their understanding of attachment and emotional connection, starting with the relationship they have with themselves and extending to others in their lives.

• Understanding Attachment Styles: Discover how different attachment styles impact your relationships and learn strategies to foster secure attachments.

• Emotional Connection Techniques: Develop skills to create and sustain deeper emotional connections with yourself and those around you.

• Mindfulness Practices: Implement mindfulness practices to remain present and connected in your daily interactions.

Program Cost: 65.00 (2hr) x 6 weeks = $390.00

Note: Group therapy is often covered by insurance plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to inquire if your plan will cover the cost of the group. *It is critical to let them know the professional designation of the person facilitating the group to receive verification of coverage. Alissa is a Candian Certified Counsellor.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Programs

Intake Call

We will require a credit card on file at the time of registration*.

Payment

You will be charged the entire program fee 2 weeks before the start of the program (or the next business day). Once the full program fee is charged, it is non-refundable.

Receipt

You will not receive a receipt when the full program fee is charged to your credit card. You will receive individual invoices after each session. This is important because for insurance purposes**, your provider may require a separate invoice for each session, rather than the full receipt for payment provided at registration.

*Payments for programs are taken by credit card. If you require a different payment method, please advise our admin team.

**Group mental health programs are sometimes covered by insurance plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to inquire if your plan will cover the cost of this program. Important information to provide them will also be the designation of the group facilitator.
