I believe we are all trying to become the best we can be for ourselves and for others in our lives. In times of stress or change, it can be challenging to find our anchor. When we can’t find calm in our lives, it is difficult to feel truly safe or have the energy to grow and evolve into who we want to be. And this usually does not just impact us...it impacts our family, our friends, and all of the other areas in our life, such as work and school.
As an experienced registered psychologist, I provide a safe, warm and authentic space for people to explore, heal and create positive change in their lives. Through working collaboratively together, therapy can create a catalyst and foundation for change. I really enjoy supporting and connecting with people of all ages with a wide range of issues and seeing the positive outcomes that we can create together.
If this sounds like we would be a good fit, I would be honoured to have the opportunity to support you in creating your best life.
I completed my Masters of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology in 2010. I have been a Registered Psychologist since 2012. I have experience in working with adults, couples, children, teens and families on a wide range of issues. Throughout my career, I have had a passion for helping people. For many years before becoming a psychologist, I was a physiotherapist.
In my practice as a psychologist, I enjoy working with and have experience with individuals, couples, children, teens, and families. Some of the common issues I help people address include:
Feeling sadness and anger
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
