Wellness Matters Webinar - Fostering Self Compassion
Our longest relationship is with ourselves, so being able to speak and treat oneself kindly is key in creating a safe, warm, and compassionate way of living. Do you notice times of self-criticism? Self-blame? Self-compassion practices can be one avenue out of these shaming spirals.
In this talk, the focus will be on how to foster the practice of self-compassion, what self-compassion is, and ways to integrate them into your daily life. Self-compassion on a general level will be discussed as a foundation to the concept, accompanied by practices, tools, and resources into your daily life and current coping mechanisms.
