Teen Wellness Group

Six Week Program for Teens 13-17yrs

Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00pm

Starting April 9 - May 14, 2024

Now, more than ever, our teens are faced with stressors and pressure, unlike any previous generation of adolescents. Setting the stage to develop and maintain physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness is key to lifelong resilience and healthy coping habits.

This group will provide:

  • An experiential learning environment utilizing various modalities (art, music, movement, discussion, games, etc.)

  • Opportunities to connect with and support one another

  • Practical strategies to enhance and support wellness in all areas

Facilitator: Sasha Seliga (Fall Session) / Lindsey McColl (Spring Session)

Program Cost: 58.00 (1.5hr) x 6 weeks = $348.00

Note: Group therapy with a Registered Psychologist is covered by many insurance plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to inquire if your plan will cover the cost of the group.

You will not be asked to make a payment when you fill out the registration form.

Once it is received, our admin team will contact you to answer any questions and confirm your registration.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Programs

Initial Payment

When you confirm your registration with our admin team, you will pay a $75 administrative fee to secure your spot in the program. This fee is non-refundable. When the remainder of the program fee is due, this administrative fee will be put towards your balance. We will require a credit card on file at the time of registration*.

Final Payment

You will be charged the entire program fee (less the 75.00 administrative fee) 2 weeks before the start of the program (or the next business day). Once the full program fee is charged, it is non-refundable.

Receipts

When the full program fee is charged to your credit card, we will send you a receipt by email. You will also receive individual receipts on the actual dates of the program. This is important because for insurance purposes**, your provider may require a separate invoice for each session, rather than the full receipt for payment provided at registration.

*Payments for programs are taken by credit card. If you require a different payment method, please advise our admin team.

**Group mental health programs are sometimes covered by insurance plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to inquire if your plan will cover the cost of this program. Important information to provide them will also be the designation of the group facilitator.
